Who do you work with? I collaborate with high-performing professionals who are tired of "surviving" their success instead of thriving in it. My clients are often juggling high-stakes careers (physicians, executives, entrepreneurs) with the complex pressures of:
Parenting in the anxiety-ridden digital age.
Caregiving for aging parents (the "sandwich generation" squeeze).
Nurturing a marriage or partnership that has drifted to the bottom of the to-do list.
Reclaiming time for their own health, friendships, and identity outside of work.
They are ready to stop worrying that they are failing in their multiple roles and start bringing the best version of themselves to every part of their life.
Is Claritas Life only for physicians? No. While I am a surgeon and palliative care physician, the principles of Chaos to Clarity apply to any professional who feels their success is costing them their life. I used the high-pressure environment of medicine as my laboratory to develop these tools, but they work for anyone who needs to make complex decisions, manage limited energy, and find meaning amidst the noise.
What type of personality works best with this program? I work best with clients who are ready to move from "passive observation" to "active architecture". You are ready to stop waiting for life to slow down (it won't) and start building a system that works with your reality. You need to be open to honest feedback, willing to look at data (like your Alignment Wheel), and committed to taking action between sessions.
How are you different from other Life Coaches? Many coaches offer mindset work and accountability, which is essential. However, my approach is distinct in three key areas:
THE PERSON (Who I Am): I bring a "unicorn" combination of credentials: I am a Surgeon, a Palliative Care Physician, and a Certified Life and Health Coach. This means I offer more than just encouragement; I offer authority and experience.
The Guide: I combine surgical precision (decisiveness) with palliative empathy (courage in difficult conversations).
Lived Experience: I don’t just talk about designing a life; I’ve executed it. From leaving the operating room to travel in an RV for 15 months, I have lived the radical pivots I help my clients make.
THE PERSPECTIVE (How I See You): Many programs view you as "stuck" or "broken" and needing to be fixed. I view you as whole and evolving.
The Lens: You are not broken; you are an evolving human system that occasionally needs alignment. I use my medical background to see the whole human—biology, psychology, and mortality.
The Shift: We don't focus on running away from stress or burnout. My philosophy is about running toward your values. I teach intentional choice, not avoidance.
THE PROCESS (How We Work): I reject the idea of "life hacks" or shortcuts as solutions. Your life is not a machine to be hacked; it is a complex system to be designed.
Life Architecture: Instead of temporary fixes, we build sustainable foundations.
Surgical Precision: We don't explore options endlessly. I help you assess your situation accurately, see the pathways clearly, and choose a path decisively.
Tactical Ecosystem: We use specific tools and an integrated platform to ensure you are supported throughout the process, not just during our weekly call.
How is this different from therapy? Therapy often focuses on healing the past and understanding why you are the way you are. My coaching focuses on the present and the future—specifically, what you are going to do next. Think of it as a tactical intervention. We are looking at your current "vitals" (your habits, schedule, and energy) and implementing a treatment plan to get you from Chaos to Clarity.
What results can I expect? Our goal is Lasting Change, not a temporary mood boost. You can expect to:
Operationalize Your Values: Move from "wishing" for balance to actually scheduling it.
Clear the Clutter: Identify where you are saying 'yes' when you mean 'no,' and ruthlessly eliminate the activities that drain your energy.
Align Your System: Understand how your biology and psychology respond to stress, so you can stop fighting yourself.
Find Peace in High Performance: Learn to be effective in your career without sacrificing your health or your relationships.
Does this really work? Yes. The chaos you feel isn't because you are broken; it's because you are misaligned. When you apply a proven framework to alignment, the results are often immediate. The Chaos to Clarity program is structured to help you change without having to constantly "white knuckle" your willpower. By raising your awareness and providing the right tactical support, change becomes the natural outcome.
How much time do I need to commit? The program is 12 weeks. We have weekly 60-minute coaching sessions.
Note: I know you are busy. The goal of this program is to give you time back, not add to your to-do list.
Optional Support: I also offer free Virtual Work Sessions. These are optional drop-in hours where we work independently but together to tackle those tasks you've been struggling to complete (or start!).
How do I get started? Most people start with the Clarity Compass Session. Please note: This is not a sales call. This is a 60-90 minute working consultation where we review the results of your Alignment Wheel (which you will complete beforehand).
Why is there pre-work for the Clarity Compass Session? Because I value your time and mine. Just as a surgeon wouldn't operate without imaging, I cannot offer you a meaningful strategy without seeing your data.
The Value: I normally charge $297 for this depth of consultation.
The Offer: I waive this fee for clients who are willing to do the pre-work (watch the webinar and complete the Alignment Wheel). This ensures we spend 100% of our session focused on your solution.
How do I enroll? If we determine during the Clarity Compass Session that we are a good fit, I will invite you to join the Chaos to Clarity Program. We will handle the logistics right then and there so you can hit the ground running.
